Your Opportunity as a Senior Process EngineerLocation:

100% on-siteIn this role you will:
Serve as coach and mentor to Sandwich Making II Process Engineers.
Ensure division of work between Process Engineers.
Identify and advance cost savings and process improvement opportunities.
Drives Continuous Improvement Opportunities within department Drive out defects in the process and enhance overall productivity, safety, and quality by collaborating with production teams and leadership.
Own capital projects and deliver budget.
Own Project Reviews and track project performance and execution.
Employs effective interpersonal time and resource management skills to complete projects assignments.
Solve complex problems to root cause, Lead Failure Analysis and Standard Reviews Recommend changes or upgrades to equipment and processes.
Develop and improve process documentation.
Help create & drive the long-term vision of department and plant Help organization stay current with applicable new technologies/equipment.
Assist in the training of operating teams to ensure consistent application of processes.

Minimum Requirements:
Engineering degree required; Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical preferredMinimum 3 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in foodAdditional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role:
