What You'll Do Lead the internal and executive communications team, continuing to scale its impact across the company while supporting each individual's goals and growth Comfortable working in concert with a team responsible for internal and external communications Partner closely with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders - playing a key role in the development of thought leadership strategies and execution of regular internal leadership meetings Connect, inform and inspire employees at every level to the company's mission, strategic priorities and values Deliver an integrated internal communications strategy that builds employees' understanding of the business and their role in future growth, while maintaining a sense of culture and connection Employ a data centric approach to pulse employee sentiment across the enterprise to measure the effectiveness of communications approaches and inform innovative approaches Drive engagement across all employee channels and internal events, both in-person and virtual, including company-wide and organizational-level All Hands, executive Q&As, leadership offsites, the company intranet, Slack campaigns, email cascades, and manager toolkits Regularly assist on financial milestones, including quarterly earnings and M&A activity What You'll Need 8-10
years of experience with internal communications, HR/employee communications and/or PR. Journalism or marketing experience a plus Experience managing executive communications for C-Suite executives Excellent writing, communication, and critical thinking skills Strong people management and leadership skills. The ability to work directly with senior executives and inspire confidence A strong understanding of messaging strategy, storytelling and narrative development within an organization CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Communications & PREstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
